Design, Scope & Layout
We work out size, layout, and finish level — shell only or fully turnkey — and lay out what's included, from foundation through interior build-out and HVAC.
Site Prep & Foundation
We prep the site and set a real pad or pier foundation with gravel base and treated, anchored framing so everything above stays level and dry.
Build, Finish & Walkthrough
We frame, roof, close in, finish the exterior and interior to your scope, clean up, run the punch list, and walk the finished unit with you.

Do you build the whole thing, or just the shell?
Both. We can deliver a weathertight shell — foundation, framing, roof, siding, windows, and doors — or take it fully turnkey with interior finish, kitchenette, bath, electrical, plumbing, and heat and air.
What kinds of small structures do you build?
Custom cabins, backyard accessory dwelling units (ADUs), guest houses, rental units, in-law suites, and tiny homes. We work from your idea or a plan and scope it to your land and budget.
Can you add a kitchen, bathroom, and heat and air?
Yes. A turnkey build can include a kitchenette, full bathroom, electrical, plumbing, and a mini-split for heating and cooling. We bring in licensed subs for those trades.
Do I need a permit for a cabin or ADU?
It depends on where your property sits — some sites outside city limits don't require one, others do. We flag it during the estimate and coordinate permits and code compliance when needed.
